What We Take Off Your Plate
Files that are not ready to manufacture
Client art shows up as a logo, a rendering, a STEP file, a scan, or a photograph of something that does not exist yet. We turn it into a manufacturable model, including repairing geometry that was never drawn for production. This is usually the part that stalls a project internally, and it is the part we do most often.
Pieces bigger than any print bed
Oversized work is its own discipline: deciding where the piece comes apart, designing alignment pins and keyed joints so the sections register correctly, and assembling it so the seams look intentional. See how we approach large-format and oversized builds.
One-off pieces and small repeat runs
We are set up for single custom pieces and short repeat runs rather than mass production, which is normally exactly what a custom build needs. If a proof goes well and the client wants three more, we produce them from the same approved files.
Working Behind Your Brand
We can stay entirely in the background. Pieces arrive unbranded, we do not market to your client, and we are happy to stay off the client call altogether or to join it as your production partner. Whichever way you want to run it is fine with us.

Partner Project
A 32-Inch Centerpiece for a Metal Fabricator
A Louisville metal fabricator came to us with a customer-supplied STEP file for a conference table centerpiece roughly 32 inches wide. It was a design model, not a production package, and it was far larger than a single print bed.
We rebuilt the manufacturing plan around eight printable parts with a dedicated alignment-pin package, chose every split and print orientation around strength, surface quality, and clean assembly, and delivered a finished proof. Their team approved it and ordered two more complete sets, which we produced from the same approved files.

There is a second partner build in the shop right now. A regional sign company brought us a nine-piece sculptural set for a sports complex: a bat, a glove, and a run of oversized balls including a 13-inch basketball. We segmented those nine shapes into 51 printable sections across 36 print plates, engineering keyed alignment rings and matched tabs so every part registers correctly during assembly. The client approved the complete engineering package and the build is in preparation.
Working With Us From Outside Louisville
We are based in Louisville, Kentucky, and local pickup and delivery are included for projects in the metro and just across the river in Southern Indiana. Distance is not a barrier for the rest of it: files, quoting, proofs, and approvals all happen remotely, and we work with partners the same way whether you are ten minutes away or a few hours out.
For finished pieces going outside the metro, we deliver in person or crate and ship, quoted per project based on size, weight, and how much protection the piece needs. Large builds can also ship in sections for final assembly on site, which is usually the most practical option for oversized work.
